The Revolution will soon be done. The monarchy has been overthrown, laws have been passed, and the sans-culottes and the Jacobins hold power. We are nearly there, the point of total reform. However, now the people are killing the clergy? These people complain about us executing them, and they go an do just the same! If we kill more, the people will realize rebelling against us is wrong. We must terrify our people in order for them to truly obey.  The September Massacres surprise me, however if people fear the government and the higher up people they will respect their leaders. The Revolution will soon be done, and our goals will be accomplished. We have used force, clearly people have seen the good of using murder to get a point across.
