Sans-culottes (Michael Kowalski)

Do you know what I said after the September Massacres? "Today was a good day". Those people, if you could call them that, deserved every shot. Where is your liberty and national pride? Have you all forgotten that we usurped the King's throne to gain justice and a say in the going ons of our great and magnificent nation. Those barbarians want to destroy the great legislative body, which we persevered to institute justice and liberty, and leave a corrupt body to advocate for their own interests. This is why we had to fire. We were doing it not only in self defense but also for the preservation of our republic government. Those rioter wish to oppose the just rule and opposition must be put out before the flame takes fire. I may not be the most educated, or the wealthiest, but ,from what I have witnessed, I am one of the people who are proud they have won liberty and self control (governing), and if that means I must kill several for the longevity of this way of life than so be it.

  1. And what of us nobleman? We deserve our special privileges. These Jacobins are ruining our country. Everything should just go back to the way it WAS.

Well forgive me sire (in italics but wont let me :'( ) but you deserve to be in that deepest reassess of tartarus. Why should you get a privilege just for your ancient ancestors? I would bet a ration of bread that you don't even know what that person did! Think with what little of a mind the upper estate has left you with. Why should the few flourish at the cost of the many? That is exactly the opposite of what the great thinker, Spock said.

I must agree with you good sir. Why cant they just go back to the monarch and eliminate the rights and freedoms that allowed the peasants that to achieve the machine fueled on blood that is the French government, whatever they are calling it these days. This is a perfect example of the barbarity and greed of man, thus further proving my point that the government must strip the people of these rights for their own good. Well said, my good fellow, as I must thank all those whop help me in my uphill battle to end rights and democratic ideals.

I agree that the noble scoundrels should suffer, but I think that you extremists are taking this war too far. We French mustn't forget the reason why we started fighting; to take the monarchy down. We were suffering and hungry, so we fought for food, and we won the battle. So why is it then that we are still hungry? This revolution has gotten out of hand, and has turned you Sans-Culottes into nothing but dogs, just like the noblemen. I am ashamed of you

Idiotic excuse for a woman! How dare you challenge the authority of the Paris Commune! This is the flimsy halfheartedness that opposes the judgement of our great nation. Those who do not back us are against just like anything in the boat goes with it, while the water whether it intentionally or not creates resistance for the boat, it still does. All true Frenchmen know this and if you go against us you are no longer a citizen you are now a foe. Go back home and bake what little grain you were rationed.

I could not agree with you more fine sir, Your view of proper punishment for people who cause interruption within a strive for a goal is perfected, How dare the people try to rebel against our revolution! People like the nobles who think they still deserve special privileges are honestly off their rockers. Let's put them where they belong in the good old guillotine! Off with their heads.

How can such a petty peasant as yourself be so arrogant as to challenge the authority of the ruling class? All of you, trying to rise up against our authority. We have lived in harmony for decades with our present systems, and the terrible people we lock up in our prisons receive no special privileges as to you. Now, you take it upon yourselves to tear down this sacred bondage, and massacre the trapped vermin? They have already suffered from their sentences. If these regulations don't come satisfactory to you, then be gone! Leave our beloved country, and take your revolution with you!
