Member of the royal family (Kyle Sjoberg)
This is crazy! The people of France start a revolution to get rights. After the revolution we end up back at the monarch. Monarchy is obviously the way to go! We start the revolution with a monarchy and end it with a monarchy that just shows how good monarchy really is. Order is also very good because when i am in power i will be able to keep good order in France. I provide security for the people of France to protect them from outside invaders. I like deficiency to get problems worked out. This is why we have a monarch and it is the best type of system there is! Separation of powers is horrible because you have multiple people fighting over different thing. In a monarch you can have one good leader make all of the best decisions for the country.

ReplyDeleteYou definitely have a great idea about how to govern and I will be on your side until we get our way. With order and security, people have to trust one leader, which is great. With separation of powers people never know who to fight for or vote for. As you said, a society with more than one ruler becomes chaotic and doesn't agree on a plan or issue. A monarchy should be put in place everywhere. This will ensure that the world will not be full of indecision, but rather with good decisions. Monarchs must do everything in their power for the best of their country. Even if this means censoring books, this must be done to help the people. I agree with you all of the way that Monarchies do work because on either end of the French Revolution there was a Monarchy. This seems to work the best if the ruler is fair and treats his people with respect. You ideas make sense and you should stand up for them so we can get our point across.

I completely disagree with you men. The sole purpose of the Revolution was to make the people more involved in France! The revolution started because the people did not have liberty, equality or fraternity. By going back to the meaning of a Monarchy, we are showing ourselves that the Revolution was worthless and pointless. We need change and we need it now, I am unaware of how long the people can last until they fight again for their rights. We need to do what is best for people and look back on the American Revolution, they needed change and they got it because they fought hard and good. Its important to make change happen so lets all form a Fraternity, give each other freedom to be human and have liberty be universal! This is the way to make France the place it use to be where everyone was happy.
